How many guests can your space accommodate?

The capacity of the venue may not exceed 300 people total. The Bar is limited to 50 people max.

Does Barnside provide catering? 

Barnside is a non-cooking venue, but approved caterers and individuals will have use of the kitchen for food storage, preparation and presentation. The kitchen is equipped with counter space, refrigerator, microwave, and a stove/oven for warming. The Client is fully responsible for any lost or damaged items by caterer or its employees.

Does Barnside provide alcohol for events?

 Barnside does not provide any beverages or bar services for events. The client must obtain a banquet permit license when alcohol is being sold at an event. A copy of the license must be submitted to Barnside Properties, LLC prior to the scheduled event.

Can I decorate the venue?

All decorations must be used in a way that causes no damage to the floors, walls, light fixtures or furniture. No decorations may be placed on the walls, with the exception of the four (4) moveable walls in the Main Hall. Protective padding must be used under any decorative items resting on the floor. Fixed items shall not be removed unless permission is granted by Barnside. No glitter, silly string, bubbles, rice, sparklers, bird seed, or the like, are allowed inside the building.

How do I know what dates are available? 

Please visit the "Contact Us" tab and complete the contact form. Please be sure to include desired date, time and expected guest count within this form. A team member will reach out to you within 24 hours to discuss availability.

How do I book this venue?

Once you have spoken with a team member and selected a date, a contract will be drafted specific to your event. Upon execution of contract you will submit a refundable deposit of $250 plus 1/2 of the rental fee to hold your date.

What if I need to change the date of my event?

We understand things change, and will try our best to accomodate all date changes when possible.

What if I need to cancel my event?

In the event that the client wishes to cancel a booked event, all payments made to date are nonrefundable, and all outstanding payments will be due immediately. All cancellations must be received in writing (email or text) and acknowledged by Barnside Place.
